Can I adjust the trap size?
We include a complimentary screwdriver with every order to help you easily adjust your watch strap at no extra cost.
What movements do you use?
We use high-quality Seiko movements, including NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72, VK63, VK64, VK61, and 8285.
Do they have any type of warranty?
Yes, all our watches come with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects, especially in the movement, to ensure optimal performance.

All watches came with Seiko Logo?
Yes, all our watches have the Seiko distinctive on the dial and rotor.
I like a watch, but I want another strap / dial.
We offer fully custom-made watches tailored to your preferences. Reach out to us via WhatsApp, and we’ll guide you through the options to create your perfect timepiece. Expect a response within 24 hours!
Where are watches assembled?
We strive to assemble most of our watches in Seville, but to ensure faster delivery times, we also collaborate with trusted workshops in other Spanish cities. For certain custom models, assembly may take place abroad if specific components are only available as complete builds. In such cases, we will inform you beforehand.

Are you affiliated with Seiko?
Absolutely not.
We exclusively use genuine Seiko automatic movements, chosen for their reliability and precision. Each watch is then meticulously assembled using custom parts tailored to each client’s specifications.
Is it possible to personalize my watch?
Of course! We’re dedicated to bringing your ideal watch to life. Choose every detail, from the dial and hands to the case and strap, to create a watch that’s truly yours.

Are they waterproof?
Our watches have a water resistance rating of 3ATM, meaning they are designed to handle everyday situations like splashes or rain. However, we don’t recommend using them for swimming or diving.
Please keep in mind that factors such as an unscrewed crown, sudden impacts, or temperature changes can affect the water resistance.
Also, any markings on the dial are purely decorative and do not indicate the actual water resistance level of the watch.
I can't find the watch I'm looking for.
With thousands of possible combinations, we can’t showcase them all on our website. If you have a specific model in mind, reach out to us via WhatsApp or Instagram, and we’ll create it as a custom order just for you.
What is a Seiko Mod?
A Seiko Mod is a uniquely crafted timepiece, built using a reliable Seiko automatic or hybrid movement and premium aftermarket components, typically made from 316L stainless steel.

Shipping time.
We usually need 3-7 business days to assemble your watch. Shipping then takes an additional 4-8 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.
Overall, the process typically takes 7-15 business days.
For customized watches, please allow an extra 3-5 business days for assembly.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We provide free worldwide shipping on all orders over €150.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, but we always strive to ensure a smooth and timely shipping experience.

Will I need to pay import taxes in my country?

How can I track my order?
After your watch has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking details, allowing you to follow your order every step of the way.

Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as you place your order, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. If you haven't received it within 24 hours, please reach out to us via email so we can verify if there was any issue with your order.
Before contacting us, kindly check your spam or junk folder, as the confirmation might have been directed there.
Can I cancel my order?
There is a brief window of time between placing your order and the beginning of its processing. If you contact us via email immediately after making your purchase, we may be able to cancel it before it enters processing.
Please note that cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will likely have entered the processing or shipping stage. However, you can still return it once it has been delivered.
Can I exchange or return my watch?
You can return your item within 30 days of receipt if it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We also offer exchanges at no additional cost if the item arrives damaged or if there are any issues with the delivery.
Please note that this policy does not apply to customized watches.
