Note: Customized watches may require an additional 3-5 business days for assembly.

· Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
· Exchanges: Notify us within 30 days if you want to exchange your watch. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless it’s a quality issue.
·Returns: All non-customized watches and accessories can be returned for a full refund if in original condition. Customized watches are non-refundable.
